Thank you for shopping with Ritual Labs, the trading name of GV Digital LLC. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which orders are processed, shipped, and delivered through our online store at https://rituallabs.shop.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 12 PM EST may be processed the following business day.

In the event of high order volumes, processing times may be delayed. We will notify you by email if there are any significant delays.

2. Shipping Times

We offer standard international shipping on all orders. Estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 6–10 business days
  • Canada & Europe: 7–12 business days
  • Rest of the world: 10–15 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery windows and not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, local postal services, or unforeseen events beyond our control.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method. In some cases, free shipping promotions may apply.

4. International Shipping & Customs

We proudly ship worldwide. However, international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country's customs agency.

Ritual Labs is not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing or import regulations. Please ensure the products you order comply with your country's laws before purchasing.

5. Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment.

Please allow 24–72 hours for the tracking information to update.

6. Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may charge a reshipping fee.

We are not responsible for lost packages due to address errors or for items marked as "delivered" by the courier.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is lost in transit or marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the courier first. If the issue persists, contact us at support@rituallabs.shop within 7 days of the marked delivery date.

We will investigate and assist in resolving the issue, but Ritual Labs is not liable for packages lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed.

8. Pre-Order Shipping

Products purchased on pre-order will ship once inventory becomes available. Estimated shipping windows will be noted on the product page. You will receive tracking details once the order is dispatched.
